Michael was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2006. Prior to commencing practice at the private bar in 2012, he worked as a solicitor in Brisbane, predominantly in the areas of insolvency, commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Michael practices in all areas of commercial litigation, with specialties in insolvency and building and construction matters. He regularly appears in the State and Federal Courts in Brisbane, throughout Queensland and interstate when required.
