Biography
Paul was admitted as a solicitor a very long time ago (1983). After working as a solicitor at Feez Ruthning (now Allens) and as a Senior Associate at Morris Fletcher & Cross (now Minter Ellison) Paul was admitted as a barrister in 1990. He ‘took silk’ in 2003.
Paul has advised and appeared in a wide variety of commercial litigation and arbitrations, including Corporations Law, contract, construction and infrastructure, mining, regulatory, trade practices, appeals, professional and medical negligence, property, government, defamation and insurance. A sample of cases is available on request.
Please note that Paul only accepts briefs from solicitors, law firms, corporate counsel and government agencies and does not accept briefs from the general public. If you are a member of the general public, the ‘Find a Solicitor’ function on the Queensland Law Society Website (www.qls.com.au) enables you to search online for solicitors and law firms in Queensland. Your solicitor can then brief the appropriate counsel.
