Harrison was called to the Bar in May 2025, after admission as a solicitor in Queensland in 2019 and in England and Wales in 2024.
He accepts briefs in all areas of civil, commercial and public law, including shipping, admiralty and transport matters.
Prior to being called to the Bar, he was an Associate at an international shipping and commodities law firm in London and a Research Associate in the Federal Court of Australia, assisting the Hon. Justice Longbottom and the Hon. Justice Wheatley. Prior to that, he practised in commercial litigation at international and boutique firms in Brisbane and was the Associate to the Hon. Justice RM Derrington in the Federal Court of Australia.
He is also a Reporter for the Australian Law Reports.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Queensland and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
